East River Partners on Real Estate Development

East River Partners is presently focused on 8 projects, six in Brooklyn and two in Manhattan. Four of the Brooklyn tasks are in the Park Slope area. Park Slope is a location for Manhattan homeowners transferring to Brooklyn. It features the ambiance of a tight-knight neighborhood with all of Manhattan's entertainment simply a train ride away. With such a demand, it's difficult for families, or indivi duals who wish to begin households, to find multiple-bedroom residences. At least five of the Brooklyn properties developed by East Rivers Partners are multiple-bedroom and not all them cost 7 figures. On completion of Manhattan opposite the synagogue, ERP is upgrading the homes at 272-276 West 86th St., on the Upper West Side.

These places are estates originally developed by designer C.P.H. Gilbert. All the state-of-the-art amenities enjoyed in ERP's Park Slope apartments will be brought to this project. The houses all will have more than three bed rooms, so for useful purposes they'll still be mansions, but mansions with a modern touch. Many people want to reside in Manhattan and Brooklyn, but the space is restricted. East River Partners develops space with its outside-the-box thinking.
