Jody Kriss & East River Partners: Building Homes fin NYC

Among the residential or commercial properties being remodelled by the East River Partners lies at 415 East Sixth Street in Manhattan and is a synagogue that has been authorized by the Landmarks Preservation Commission. The temple will stay on the very first floor, but Kriss and Cohen are developing three loft houses above the worship space. Check out more:http://aboutjodykriss.com/
In a 2016 article by Jackie Hart for Down town Magazine, Jody Kriss speaks with the author about the effective completion of the East 6th Street job and saying now the worship center has luxury condos above it and is being restored itself, along with receiving a brand-new area. The lofts on top are large, soothing, filled with light, airy and costly.

When asked how his firm got involved in the synagogue project, Kriss described that a friend was strolling down East 6th in the East Village, passed the temple and satisfied some of the congregants. After visiting with individuals there, he called Jody Kriss and informed him about this fascinating opportunity. He described this is the most typical way he and his p artner come across potential tasks, which is when people, who understand what he and his partner are everything about, call them to share a concept.
Jody Kriss is a contractor of houses, a hunter of space, a dreamer, an entrepreneur, and a risk-taker. Exactly what a grand summation of a male who is only in his forties. More about him in these profiles:
